## How Autonomous Agents Call & Pay
1. Send an unauthenticated request to any `https://veristate.xyz/api/v1/oracle/:slug` route.
2. Receive `HTTP 402 Payment Required` containing `accepts[0]` (`payTo`, `maxAmountRequired`, `asset`).
3. Sign an EIP-3009 `TransferWithAuthorization` typed-data message on Base USDC (using `@coinbase/cdp-sdk/x402` `CdpX402Client` or `viem`) and Base64-encode the payload into the `X-PAYMENT` header.
4. Retry the request with `X-PAYMENT: <base64>` to receive `HTTP 200 OK` with the Gemini Oracle extraction and `secp256k1` attestation signature.
